The Duluth Garden and Flower Society is polling its members to ensure that the direction and efforts of the club are aligned with the general views of its members. On Friday Sept. 14, 2018, four members of the DGFS – Morgan Park Garden Club served as judges at the annual St. James Catholic School Harvest Festival. Children in grades PreK- 8 displayed their fruit, flower, vegetable and novelty entries to show their summer labors. Entries ranged from flower arrangements, novelty items with tiny fairy gardens, baked, canned goods & dehydrated fruits, jellies, and baskets of vegetables, to giant squash and pumpkins.
